The paper deals with the social and labor conflicts. The authors identified the main problems in the labor market in Russia. The authors offer an integrated approach to the prevention and resolution of conflicts of national labor market. To contemporary trends in the market are: labor market imbalances in the territorial context, the imbalance in the sectoral aspect, professional qualification instability, etc. In our opinion, an integrated approach to the prevention and resolution of conflicts of national labor market will contribute to the harmonization of the functioning and the formation of optimal structures employment.

Adequate funding mechanisms are the most important factor influencing the effectiveness of a deposit insurance system and to maintain public confidence in it, as well as the banking system. Inadequate funding can lead to costly delays in the settlement of insolvency ruined banks and loss of confidence in the deposit insurance system. This article discusses the meaning and implementation mechanism of the Russian system of deposit insurance. In addition, summarized and classified principles of the deposit insurance system, including a systematic, integrated, purpose, legality, prudential regulation and supervision, transparency, liquidity, financial stability should contribute to maintaining the stability of the financial system and protect the rights of depositors.

Development of state programs unites all instruments of achievement of the objectives of a state policy. The article describes some peculiarities of modern monetary and fiscal policy, offers deoffshorization measures aimed at active growth of real sector of economy, and undertakes system assessment of stimulus role of the tax maneuver and a system of tax regulation which provides economic growth and highlights of business environment for business development. The concept of the tax maneuver aimed at complex realization of economic concerns of the state, largescale companies with the potential for growth and their personnel was defined. It is stated that the tax maneuver assumes some considerable tax burden deduction in order to stimulate further economic growth for business. Thus, while undertaking the tax maneuver, the problem of fundraising which is aimed at substitution of shortfall budget funds becomes more up-to-date.
