Evolution theory and practice of human resource management in the XX century

In the article examines the features of the genesis and development of the theory and practice of human resources management in the «scientific period». The causes of the transformation approaches, methods and principles of management employees were identified. Changing role of human resource in the production entailed change in the overall approach to economic development lies in the fact that people – it is not a means of accumulating wealth, a means to achieve growth targets welfare, and the purpose of development of production and wealth.
