Different forms of interaction between the state and business have a long-term historical development. In the article formation of public-private partnership as a new economical phenomenon for Russia is considered, conditions for its development become more favorable. Examples of American and Russian PPP projects are given. As a result we determine mechanisms and conditions of future partnership’s development.
