Network-centric principle of socio-economic systems management

This article examines a network-centric approach to managing socio-economic systems at different levels. Investigated the role of the state as a leading institutional innovator in the post-crisis development of the Russian economy. Network-centric model of organization management system allows the use of effective tools , as its objects (institutions, projects, subsystems) integrated not only straight horizontal and vertical, but diagonal bonds. This approach also makes it possible to effectively use not only the management loop system, but also the potential of self-organizing socio-economic systems (institutions) of varying complexity, as well as to create a single information environment with the use of modern information and communication technologies.
