Problems and prospects of low-rise housing

Low-rise housing construction in recent years has become widespread. Many construction and development companies begin development of urban and suburban areas through integrated low-rise buildings. The article analyzes the problems and prospects of this segment of the housing market. From the standpoint of the territories is a complex building effective suburbs of Rostov-on-Don, the development of which we see today. Financially – company developer in partnership with banks developing a scheme of financing the construction or implementation of the already built housing. This is mutually beneficial cooperation, as the developer in implementing certain projects under construction, and the bank gets a new borrower for a long period of time.
