This article presents the methodological approaches to the study of innovation of sensitivity of the economic system at the meso level. Carried determinacy main factors exogenous and endogenous nature, structuring principle common target, control, negative or positive impact on the innovation process. Particular attention is paid to the development of a cognitive map of the innovation process and of sensitivity of the economic system, the mathematical interpretation of the cognitive map using the tools of graph-network modeling.
