Modern lines of formation of institutional structure of not bank financial sector of EU

In article the author's approach to the analysis of institutional structure of not bank financial sector of the European Union as is presented result of historically developed integration processes. The author analyzes modern lines of formation of institutional structure of not bank financial sector of the EC. In article attempt to give a complete picture on the maintenance of institutional structure of not bank financial sector of the EC is undertaken.
