Methodological basis for the elimination of the environmental damage in coal mining area with use of public-private partnership

The article suggests the complex methodological approach to the Elimination of the environmental damage of coalmining areas, built on identifying the different functions of the mine dumps and breeds in the ecosystem of the region. Justification the use of various forms of public-private partnerships to address the challenges of the rehabilitation of the ecosystem.
