Problems in formation of professional competence and mobility of staff in major companies

In the article it is determined that growth of personnel competence is the basis for raise level of company's competitiveness using tools of corporate training, and the interaction with educational institutions. An important source of professional knowledge is specialized information presented in methodological seminars, training programs, professional training and industry conferences, allowing highlight the specifics of the business in specific circumstances, as well as to compare the results and selected indicators of development of enterprises in one in-dustry sector, identify the benefits of development of corporate culture that or other companies within the industry.
