Conceptual basis for the development of small and medium forms of entrepreneurial activity in the service sector

In article are considered main trends of the development small and average forms of business activity in sphere of the services, conceptual particularities of the shaping and operation market services of the technical service. The concept of development describing of small and medium enterprises in technical service and its implementation determines the following goals: to meet the growing demand for maintenance services in accordance with the growth of the vehicle fleet and increase its technical level. Upgrade Car objects , control the quality of services in accordance with the environmental requirements , to maintain the existing network of car service, arrange for monitoring compliance with the rules of technical operation of motor vehicles , licensing and certification of repair and maintenance to ensure that the quality of life of the population growth.
