Modernization of motivational mechanisms in the conditions of macroeconomic instability

The article analyzes the conceptual basis of the study of the modernization process of motivational mechanisms in the context of macroeconomic instability. The factors making motivational process of each specific worker unique and not for hundred percent predictable are considered. Practical use of motivational mechanisms in the conditions of instability is analysed. The priority in carrying out the research was given to a youth segment of a labor market as it is most demanded for so-called «informal» employment, i.e. work which often did not demanded accurate specialization and professional development and also brought the income which was not always assessed with taxes.
