The development of Russian industry and the growing problem of employment

In article prerequisites of an aggravation employment problems in industrial sector of the Russian national economy in the context of disputed issues about its development in modern conditions are considered. The widespread judgment that industrial productions shall solve an employment problem is analyzed. Practice when for the purpose of non-admission of reducing workplaces at the entities of the industry, considerable efforts of business and the state are spent is considered. Low production of work, artificial maintenance of the social importance of industrial production, inefficient mechanisms of redistribution of a manpower in economy are researched from line items of influence of the industry on common economic development. It is shown that in structure of employment reducing happened generally due to the processing productions which share in general structure was significantly reduced.

Russian industry: need of modernization and new stage of development

Article is devoted to problems of formation of inconsistent tendencies in the Russian industrial sector. Dynamics of indexes of industrial production, indicators of export/import of production, investments into fixed capital are analyzed. Results of inspections of the main indicators and indicators of enterprise confidence in industrial production on a number of the countries are investigated. By results of the analysis it is shown that the production activity in the Russian industry is followed by the weak level of a portfolio of orders and, as a result, stocks of finished goods that on the one hand allows to avoid overproduction, and with another – is an inflation growth factor. In addition, characteristic feature of domestic industrial production is the low level of utilization of capacity that negatively influences productivity and production efficiency. Therefore it is necessary to raise a question not simply of modernization, and of the introduction in a new stage of industrial development.

Social production: approaches to its structuring

In article it is shown a place and a role of a services sector in structure of a modern social production. Now services are rendered in a centre of economic development. The services sector is a system element of modern economy that is expressed in strengthening of extent of integration of a phase of production and a phase of services as consequences of the accruing submission of character of the sphere of production to character of a services sector in what the socially oriented nature of post-industrial economy is shown. In a services sector of the enterprise and firm are aimed first of all at increase of effect of usefulness, more full satisfaction of individual and specific inquiries of the consumers.

Comparative analysis of theoretical approaches to the role of government in the economy

The article analyzes the most important areas of economic thought of the twentieth century in terms of their perceptions of the role of the government in the economy. Five major economic trends – Keynesian and post-Keynesianism, neo-classical economic theory, the Austrian School, the theory of regulation – in different ways evaluate the function of the government in the economic order. Representatives of neoclassical economics and the Austrian school is almost completely excluded the government from of economic processes. Proponents of the theory of government regulations considered the government as one of the most important institutions of the formation of economic relations. Keynesian and post-Keynesians believed that achieving a balance in the economy is impossible without the direct intervention of the government.

Institutions determine which technology is evolving, used and incorporated into society, and which is blocked. Coordination function of institutions closely connected with forming and use of tacit knowledge. The value of tacit knowledge is the ability to accumulate information, which is the source and the result of economic and social exchanges.Institutions as social technologies and technologies used in production, linked through the mechanisms of economic exchanges that contribute to both the creation of tacit knowledge and use in the process of entrepreneurship and innovation.
