TERRA ECONOMICUS, , Vol. 12 (no. 2.2),
p. 34-39

Article is devoted to problems of formation of inconsistent tendencies in the Russian industrial sector. Dynamics of indexes of industrial production, indicators of export/import of production, investments into fixed capital are analyzed. Results of inspections of the main indicators and indicators of enterprise confidence in industrial production on a number of the countries are investigated. By results of the analysis it is shown that the production activity in the Russian industry is followed by the weak level of a portfolio of orders and, as a result, stocks of finished goods that on the one hand allows to avoid overproduction, and with another – is an inflation growth factor. In addition, characteristic feature of domestic industrial production is the low level of utilization of capacity that negatively influences productivity and production efficiency. Therefore it is necessary to raise a question not simply of modernization, and of the introduction in a new stage of industrial development.
