There are the main groups of the state support of business activity in a services sector in the market of real estate in this article. Current trends in the field of the state support of business are reflected. You can find the offers on creation of an effective control and management system of professional activity in the market of real estate in the article. Information administrative functions of the state are considered in the sphere of regulation of professional activity in the market of real estate. There are some improvement points of the admission procedure of experts on the real estate market and minimization of the risks connected with a skill level of professional participants of the market.
