Russian-Turkish economic cross-border cooperation in the context of the Strategy of innovative Rostov region development

The attention value of the economy of the Turkish Republic as a major attractor for territorial and economic systems in southern Russia. It is shown that realization of basic (innovative) strategy of social and economic development of Rostov region is interfaced with statement and solution of a complex and long-term problem - ensuring forward development of interaction of Rostov region economy with economy of Turkey at simultaneous change of «quality» of the bilateral cross-border interrelations guaranteeing to our region greater opportunities for localization the modern industry (neoindustrialization), modernization and balanced development of an agrarian and industrial complex, and also positive dynamics in science and education sphere.
