The implementation of socio-economic policy in the region in terms of innovation dynamics

The article describes the specifics of the factorial mechanism for implementing socio-economic policy in the region, explores the current problems of the dynamics of innovation in the region as a condition for accelerated development of Russian re-gions. the features of the formation and implementation of the investment policy of the South Russian regions as an institution modernization of regional business. Par-ticular attention is paid to the mechanism of regulation of the regional economy, which includes measures effective impact on regional industrial complex and regional markets, financing regional industrial and social infrastructure, as well as the in-stitutional instruments to ensure the stability of the regional economy and regional growth of socio-economic parameters.
