The economic sanctions which were applied against the Russian banking sector represent a high point of system failures in the financial and credit market. The Russian banking sector hasn’t passed a market test in the conditions of realization of geopolitical risks. Marketing management of economic behavior of market members has to be aimed at ensuring the maximum transparency of financial flows.
