In modern conditions the problem of scientific, technological and innovation development is very relevant for the effective functioning of the national economic complex and the organizations within its structure. To substantiate the importance of the development of this direction, we note that there are currently no generally accepted theoretical and methodological approaches that reveal the content of this category, and advanced foreign experience is not always possible to apply. Russia is the subject of international market relations, but especially the industry structure of the economy, technical and technological backwardness of most industries worsen its position in the global market. With this in mind, should initiate the optimization of state science and technology policy in the direction of stimulation of innovative activity of large enterprises are the engine of economic growth. Harmonization of relations between the government, academia and business will enhance the competitiveness of the Russian economy in the long term.
