The article describes an original concept of facilitating the economic sovereignty of the Russian Federation, based on the institutionalization of a new model of financial strategy for companies of the corporate sector involving the tools of moderated consulting by way of the competence centers of the Federal Tax Service of Russia and the universities interested in producing and integrating the technologies of effective configuration of financial resources, which would ensure proprietary sources of financing for the mechanism of integration of innovative energy-efficient technologies specifying the implication areas for innovations and the consequent systematical diagnostics of the results.
