In article expediency of convergence of a number of theoretical approaches for formation of the complex regional mechanism of non-oil development the mezoekonomicheskikh of units within national economic space is proved, the main directions of realization of strategy of modernization of real sector of regional economy and its institutional environment are developed according to the created conceptual basis.
