Tasks of the personnel education according to changes of transport companies’ financing model in terms of geopolitical risks (for example, JSC «Russian Railways»)

The article presents the problem of changing in the funding model for creation of new infrastructure capacity by transport companies in terms of tensity caused by geopolitical risks. Adaptation of transport industry companies to the new economic conditions requires a qualitatively new approach to the preparation of effective personnel. Using JSC «Russian Railways» example, the main requirements for the preparation of certain groups of personnel, and also aims to form the development of professional competencies within the company’s Corporate University consider.
