The article deals with the description of typical criminal law risks, arising in the phase of goods, works and services acceptance and in the phase of payment under a governmental and municipal contract. The authors suggest classification of criminal law risks in this sphere into risks of control, risks of aim and risks of adaptation. Moreover, special attention is paid to risks of improper entrepreneurship. The article describes the constituent elements of crimes, concerning these risks and the author’s proposals to minimize risks in the management activity of public customers and private consumers, contractors and executors.

Internationalization of the university activity is a basis for the educational services increasing. There are three stages for the creating conditions of the effective incorporation of the university to the international educational services market: national, regional, university. Article is about conditions for the effective educational services export increasing at the university stage: marketing, institutional, infrastructure. This conditions should be a basis for the working-out of the active-partnership-strategy which provides for the entrepreneurial behavior of the university, realization of the scientific and educational, material and technical, also business innovations accent. Experience of realization of the active-partnership-strategy in the Astrakhan State University is a real confirmation of the theoretical aspects.

Introduction of the principles of corporate social responsibility in daily activity of the enterprises assumes socialization of the labor relations and is caused by processes of economic integration, importance of creation of positive image of the enterprises in regions of presence, obtaining additional competitive benefits by means of carrying out socially responsible policy. Research of modern practice of CSR abroad allows to allocate the following trends: the developed countries differ bigger commitment to CSR, than developing; extent of realization of CSR is in direct dependence on the amount of business; communication between CSR and organizational and legal form of ownership of business is traced. As a whole, integration of the principle of corporate social responsibility into strategy of development of business becomes characteristic feature of the leading national and international companies.
