Key trends of CSR in the international practice

Introduction of the principles of corporate social responsibility in daily activity of the enterprises assumes socialization of the labor relations and is caused by processes of economic integration, importance of creation of positive image of the enterprises in regions of presence, obtaining additional competitive benefits by means of carrying out socially responsible policy. Research of modern practice of CSR abroad allows to allocate the following trends: the developed countries differ bigger commitment to CSR, than developing; extent of realization of CSR is in direct dependence on the amount of business; communication between CSR and organizational and legal form of ownership of business is traced. As a whole, integration of the principle of corporate social responsibility into strategy of development of business becomes characteristic feature of the leading national and international companies.
