Ways to modernize the former Soviet republics (for example Armenia and Azerbaijan)

The article considers the problem of modernization of the economies post-Soviet republics (in example of Armenia and Azerbaijan), are determined ways of development of economies Armenia and Azerbaijan. On the base the World Bank and the CIS Intergovernmental Statistics Committee data, assessed the possibility of upgrading the post-Soviet countries (Armenia and Azerbaijan), and provides recommendations for the further development of the post-Soviet countries’ economies.
