Institutional changes in the earth market of Southern regions

Based on the monitoring of the land market in southern Russia there was revealed peculiarities of its subject structure, identified the direction of change in the ratio of various categories of agricultural land. It allowed to include in number of the reasons of the land conflicts emergence in North Caucasus federal district special modes of granting lands and to characterize the developed institutional trap concerning the unclaimed lands, determined by discrepancy of the various formal institutes regulating a land turn.
