This article is the result of the dialog between professor Oktay Mamedov and doctor Olga Brizhak. The central problem of this dialog is modern vision of the potential and perspectives of utilization of classic political economy paradigm for the analysis of the nature of corporation and its role in the XXI century economy. Authors also put their attention at the specific features of Russian intercorporative relations.
