Developing informational system of university chair planning and reporting on the basis of ontology as a tool of educational institution strategic management

The author suggests approaching to the construction of information system of chair planning and reporting as an element as a strategic management system of higher education institution as a composite solution. He justifies applying ontology driven approach to construction of this type of systems and describes the process of ontology development of “Chair Planning and Reporting” subject field.
