Conception of economy modernization: typology and preconditions

The article describes some historical aspects of modernization theory, presents to the main tendencies of modernization doctrine. The author pays attention to the initial views of modernization as well as strategic, dualistic and some other ones. The meanings of F. Perroux’s teaching and teaching of followers of theory of neomodernization are marked out. Both typological types of modernization – organic and inorganic are also considered. Preconditions to appearance of modernization and circumstances of its successful implementation are pointed out.
