Organization and provision of cash execution of the Federal budget, control over the use of budget funds and budget reporting important stage of the budget process. The role of the Federal Treasury in its execution is difficult to overesti-mate. At the current stage of reforming the budget system become especially topical issues of formation of an integral conception of the Treasury execution of the budget and elaboration of theoretical and methodological questions of the effective mechanism of realization of the Treasury of Russia, its functions.
