In the article «Strategic Diagnostics of Regional System of Financing of Cluster Initiatives» the concept of a polyaspect assessment of regional system of financing of projects of a clustering is realized and the methodical tools of strategic diagnostics of its state for the purpose of definition of financially reasonable directions of formation of clusters in the region are offered.
