One of the main components of investment attractiveness of the region are successfully implemented infrastructure projects. With the increasing demand for infrastructure, the government increasingly resorted to public-private partnership as an innovative way of financing infrastructure projects. Priority directions for financing projects on the PPP scheme are mostly socially important facilities. This form of interaction of state and business structures able to solve the pressing regional problems in a particular situation.
