Regional authorities and the native Electricity: the directions of the efficiency estimation

The paper discusses the current problem of native Electricity, emphasizes the special role of regional economic policy in adaptation the sustainable industry development. The necessity of integrated, systematic approaches using to estimate the investment policy efficiency is justified. The possibility of using input-output model for comprehensive estimation of the influence on the regions' economy is discussed.
