Improve methods of estimation of the nature economic activities using the optimization model environmental management

Improvement of a technique of an assessment of rational environmental management is presented in article with use of optimizing model. Which key factor, for achievement of the greatest effect, the integrated approach to rational conducting nature economic activity that allows to establish effective structure of environmental management is and fully to provide creation of ecologically steady territories.
