The main tendencies of development of electronic commerce in world economy and economy of the Russian Federation

The author considers the main tendencies of electronic commerce’s development in world economy and economy of the Russian Federation. The characteristic of electronic commerce at the present stage of development is given. Advantages and lacks of electronic commerce are considered. The analysis of existing problems and barriers on a way electronic commerce’s development at national level and on a global scale is carried out.
