Cost effectiveness of the health system

Article evaluates the socio-economic efficiency of spending on the health care system. At the level of the Russian Federation analyzed security attendants. Formulated the necessary basis of assessment of economic and financial efficiency of the regional health care system with the help of indicators that allow for qualitative examination of health care activities in the use of material and labor resources. Method of evaluating the performance of the health system, provides a complete picture ratio of financial costs and availability of resources. This article includes suggestions for improving the economic regulation of the health system and suggested measures to optimize financing costs.
