Zones of territorial development as the driver of an increase in the economy of the region

In the conditions of the economic decrease, aggravated including by the decrease of the profitable part of the budget, the regions proved to be before the problem of the independent search for the drivers of increase. It is obvious that the panaceas from the problems of post-crisis development does not exist, and therefore approach on the solution of the existing problems of the guarantee of an economic increase must ensure each region on the basis of the specific features of development. For this to regions it is necessary not only to determine the branches, capable of deriving regional economy on the subcritical indices of increase, but also of understanding that precisely it can become the driver of economic increase. For this it is necessary to form the mechanism, which would make it possible with the smallest expenditures to ensure the greatest effectiveness of outlined strategies of the development of regional economy with the matching system of support.
