The concept of assessing the availability of capacity for sustainable lending to households living in Russian monotowns (purpose-loans to households to improve their housing conditions case)

The principles of the concept for sustainable lending to population of small monotowns of the Russian Federation are developed in the article. The basis for assessing the rational lending potential is introduced. Empirical data of Integrated surveillance of living conditions of the Federal State Statics Service of the Russian Federation (Rosstat) were used to assess whether the population has the sustainable lending potential related to satisfaction of basic needs in the improvement of the living conditions.
