Insurance as a method of control over the risks caused by negative influence of environment

In article a number of features of the agriculture causing instability of agricultural production is considered. Need of insurance as method of control over risks is revealed and also the requirements necessary for creation of effective system of insurance of risks of agricultural production in Russia are submitted. Insurance market in Russia has shown that it is in the formative stage, insurance does not play the proper role in the country, and agricultural insurance market functions practically implemented.
