Features of the Russian transboundary regionalism

The peculiarities of the Russian cross-border regionalism in comparison with European influences crossborder integration. The paper defines the target parameters, the specifics of Russian Euroregios and their role in the development of inter-regional cooperation as a form tool and the transformation of Russian economic space within the framework of European integration. Investigated transregional component of Russian economic space associated with the intensity of generic mechanisms border regional entities are updated problems identifying new forms and instruments of integration processes taking place at the level of individual federal districts, regions and municipalities within the cross-border economic space.
