Different threats from organized crime penetrated into all the spheres of social, economic and political life of Russia are analyzed. It is stated that these processes went beyond the borders of one state and the international financial system and international channels for information exchange are used for committing crimes. There also occurs the integration of criminal groups of all the countries. The conclusion is made the work with this phenomenon in the country must be complex, including not only the measures of law enforcement bodies.

The objective need for innovative development requires a new concept of training. Now days Russia education system passes a transitional stage from traditional education to innovative one. The policy documents set out the basic directions of the country's educational structural modernization. The author considers the directions of innovations being as important as researched educational activities, besides modern Russian higher education system is described. The author analyzes the prevailing practice in the global educational models, including the Russian educational system and marks a certain negative tendencies in it. The article considers instruments and mechanisms of mortgage lending as well as some technologies providing modernization of lending systems and promotion of mortgage lending products of the Russian banks to customers. The long-established standard pattern of mortgage lending servicing is no longer effective, thus there is a need in new lending products and technologies which are serving customers needs and commercial banks return in order to support effective demand from banks clients and development of competitive mortgage lending market. New lending products and financial innovations of banks helps to widen the boundaries of mortgage lending market and provide sustainable development of the Russian finance and credit sector.

Coping mechanism of current imbalances of the world economic crisis and achievement of sustainable and strong growth is impossible without support of macroeconomic stability. Increase in government spending taken place in the conditions of global economic crisis has resulted in almost double increase of expenses of the federal budget. The article analyzes some reasons of deceleration in economic growth and stagnation of Russian economy, researches new marketing technologies of commercial banks, considers lending products which enables stimulating growth and development of domestic-owned firms and the entities.
