Peculiarities of selection of financial instruments for development of innovative companies

Innovative companies, unlike the traditional companies, have the specific lifecycle which is characterized by longer term of profit accumulation to normal level of economic profitability (P = 0). It is caused by long period of production of an innovation, and the specific need in the following period of its testing. Duration of a temporary development period from start to breakeven point requires some managed financing.
