Russia, in spite of market reforms, continues to be in a situation of severe systemic crisis. This contradiction makes the research again and again to the issue of entrepreneurship. An indication of the lack of active market reform, the difficulties of the relationship of business and government, in our opinion, do not explain the situation in Russia. Therefore, given the crucial role of world business, there is a need to analyze it as a subject of social change and to identify a particular characteristic of this business, type of activities to implement the social construction of reality.
