The author pays great attention to considering Herzberg’s theory of motivation and to the concept of enrichment of labor, worked out on its base. The author analyses the external and internal incentives and their influence on the process of satisfactoriness and un satisfactoriness of labor. The author shows the directions of improvement of management in organization.
