Development of the national service operator FSUE “Russian Post”

The article describes the competitive advantages and problems of the national operator FSUE “Russian Post” on different segments of the market of services. Compares the dynamics of consumption of socially-significant services to the example of sending correspondence and highly profitable competitive express-services. There is the impact that has on the current market status of traditional postal services.
