In article some modernization aspects of creation of regional economic policy from positions of formation of a method of logical bases of management of the balanced development of economy RSO-A are considered. In a context of stabilization processes, modernization aspects will be shown in creation of economically complementary territorial educations, clusters of power, tourist and recreational, innovative and educational types, and also in formation of systems of state-private partnership and social partnership.
