The methodical approach to an estimation of the regional mortgage potential, based on calculation of an index of diagnostics of regional mortgage potential on which basis ranging of regions on a level of development of the mortgage potential is carried out is presented, allowing to carry out the comparative analysis of regions Russian Federations for effective realization of a regional mortgage policy.
