The mega-corporations had staying the dominative subjects in the space of evolution of the regional economy systems of contemporary Russia. In the process of their influence at the territory development transforms the potential of process of using of their resources for development the zones of postindustrial growth inside the regional economy systems. In the research of this functional changes we need to use the cognitive potential of contemporary redaction of system approach.
