System integration as a form of interaction between the business structures at the present stage of traditional agricultural regions development of Russia

In the article the authors identified factors that influence the results of business activities in the dairy industry, and a quantitative assessment of their im-pact. The technique of predicting the effectiveness of the production and sale of milk in view of the price situation on the local market, allowing operational management decisions and reduce business risks. The necessity and justified way of creating integrated units in the dairy subcomplex.
