The role of knowledge and intellectual learning environment in creating and maintaining of employees’ competences of fast-growing companies

The article considers the role of reproductive performance of knowledge, training technologies and network interaction as the main components of creation and development of specialists’ competences system. Network interaction, intensive group communications, application of information and communication technologies, flexibility and adaptability of educational programs are the factors which provide dynamic development of modern innovative-type companies.
