State policy as a factor in the innovation economy

Formation of innovative economy demands attraction of financial resources and formation of the effective market of venture investments, successful formation and which functioning will cause stability of scientific and technological and economic development of the country. In work pri-orities of a state policy reveal, the role of brave investments in development of the enterprises of regional economy is shown.
